We offer full-service on-site jewellery repairs and maintenance with quality workmanship. That includes everything from ring sizings, repairing chains, replacing diamonds, re-tipping claws and more. 

 

We have a trusted watch maker with years of experience in watch and clock repairs. The watch maker picks up repair jobs every Friday so we recommend dropping off your broken watch or clock by Thursday afternoon. After he takes a look at your watch or clock he then provides a free estimate of what needs to be repaired and the price. We'll call you with the estimate and then you can decide if you would like to go ahead with the repair or not. 

 

Have old family jewellery? Bring in your old gold for an assessment that can be exchanged for cash value or store credit. Better yet, work with our custom design team and turn the old gold into something new!

Over time the string holding your pearls can become worn and stretch. To freshen up your pearls, bring them in and allow us to restring them. A knotted restringing will protect your pearls from being lost and from breaking. We restring your pearls on-site and offer a wide variety of clasps to suit your style.

We have experienced professionals who will work with you to establish a fair replacement value on your lost or stolen jewellery items. We also have a wide selection of products for replacement upon damaged pieces. Our staff are committed to working with you and your adjuster to make the process as easy as posisble.

We provide on-site appraisal services so your jewellery never has to leave the store. Our appraiser is in every Friday, so you can either drop off your jewellery earlier in the week and he will have it finished Friday afternoon, or if you do not wish to leave your jewellery overnight you can also call in to make an appointment for Friday morning. Due to the rising value of gold and for insurance purposes, we recommend you update your appraisals every five years to ensure accurate assessments and to receive maximum value for your jewellery in case of any loss.
