Lovely staff, customer service was amazing! I had requested a necklace repair swiftly, on Dec 23rd, knowing that it was a slim chance that they could fix it prior to Christmas day, however, was informed that who knows, "Christmas miracles" happen here.
And what do you know. I got a call later the same day, letting me know a miracle had happened ;) and my necklace would be ready for pick up the next day, as they had fixed it. So grateful, and will be returning to purchase a necklace for my sons bday. Great selection, very neat pieces also. And prices are 👌👍

I brought my dad's ring in for repairs it was left to me when he passed away..It was pretty banged up..Jewel fell out, and I oblonged the shape almost oval from punching my dash.lol.they said in a couple of weeks to pick it up..I went there to get it and it was better than new.. Absolutely beautiful.these people are total professionals...Unreal awesome job.i highly recommend Hammond jeweler's to everyone....You won't be disappointed...Doug B..
Hammond Jewellers is wonderful! The service is great and their prices are very reasonable. They took two family heirloom rings and combined it into the perfect ring for me. Avoid shopping at a chain store and support local, you will not be disappointed with these guys!

Lovely people with big hearts. Would recommend to anyone. I needed an unusual repair that required a very small, specific size fastening. Parts stores, hardware stores, locksmiths etc. nobody could help! They fixed me in a sinch and charged me a very reasonable price. Will certainly be coming back in the future. Truly lifesavers!

I had gone to Hammond Jewellers after multiple friends had told me about their amazing experiences there. My grandmother had passed away and I was given one of her rings that unfortunately didn’t quite fit into something I could wear everyday. I hated that it lived in a box in my closet and wanted to wear something that reminded me of her everyday. She sadly passed away months before my now husband proposed (she couldn’t wait for us to get married) so my idea was to turn her ring into my “one year band”. After doing plenty of research and asking around, it was without a doubt, the best thing to take it to Hammond Jewellers. I was greeted by Emma who was amazing and loved the idea of turning my grandmas ring into a band I could wear with my engagement ring. I showed her pictures of my ideas (which were all different from one another) and they actually had ALL of them on their display to show with my engagement ring to see how it looked against it. She gave me great advice and I was confident they would execute everything I wanted. I was sent a text picture a week after I left showing me the mold of the ring they were going to make and after agreeing with the design, I received my ring after 3 weeks. I was in awe with my new ring. It was exactly what I asked for, and exactly what they said they would create for me. I will from now on take all of my pieces to Hammond Jewellers!
